We have a team of highly qualified specialists in financial management, architecture and construction, which allows us to carry out complex investment projects in accordance with international standards and market requirements.

We actively participate in the development of many retail chains and effectively support the expansion of our partners in the retail sector by offering attractive commercial facilities.

Our group has completed over 70 commercial facilities. Each year we carry out a dozen or so investment projects, from single retail facilities for food chains to retail park shopping centers. In some situations we also provide financial support for investments which, in our opinion, have a large market potential.
